Long ago, on a blog very near, I said I was going to write some posts about libraries and archives. I almost started writing a general post about differences between libraries and archives during the winter break, but various things intervened and then the next term started. But now it's summer, and while I'll be working in a special collections/archive by day, by night I'll be able to attend to this blog a bit more.
